Sul ruolo
Evotec is hiring a VP Head of AI to lead its AI Accelerator within the In Silico & AI function. The role owns the technical vision and roadmap for AI powered drug discovery, unifies shared machine learning capabilities and oversees predictive models, therapeutic hypotheses and agentic workflows. It also manages AI technology partnerships, governance, reusable intellectual property and the development of senior technical teams.
The company seeks a recognized technical authority with practical AI depth, drug discovery knowledge and a record of delivering production models and scientific or commercial impact. Senior leadership experience covering strategy, delivery, budget and talent is required. The permanent position can be based in Verona, Italy, or in Abingdon or Alderley Park in the UK. No numerical compensation range is advertised.
