About the role
Italgas is hiring an AI Engineer through Bludigit S.p.A., the group company driving digital transformation across energy and infrastructure. The role sits in a multidisciplinary team and covers the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from prototyping to production release, in support of Italgas Group initiatives. You will work alongside Data, IT, Business and technology partner teams to deliver scalable, secure and integrated systems.
Day to day, the position involves building AI and ML solutions on Databricks and Azure OpenAI, designing RAG architectures and vector search systems for knowledge management and document querying, and implementing MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and model refresh.
