About the role
Livia is building an operating system for residential property management in Italy, acting as the administrator itself rather than selling software. As one of the first AI Engineers, you will design the technical foundations: the context layer for Italian buildings, AI automations, internal tools for administrators, and the residents' portal. The role spans the full stack, from understanding a domain problem to shipping code in production, with users working nearby.
You will own the data model for units, owners, systems, contractors, contracts and decisions, build reliable and auditable agents and pipelines for document classification, deadline tracking and bank reconciliation, and create migration tooling that brings acquired firms' records onto the platform. Reliability matters because the software touches real money and real homes.
