About the role
ShopFully is hiring an AI Engineer for the team driving AI adoption across its shopping platform and internal operations. The company connects shoppers with retail offers, and this role works across both customer-facing product teams and functions such as finance, sales, and marketing.
You will operate like a forward-deployed engineer, embedding with teams to introduce agentic workflows, ship production-quality features, and feed lessons back into the shared AI platform. The brief is intentionally open on background: software engineering, data, ML, and data science profiles are all considered. Product judgment, adaptability, and evidence that your code holds up in production matter more than a fixed tool checklist.
