AI & Python Developer – RAG & Agentic AI

B&A Consulting is hiring an AI & Python Developer for a technology project involving backend services, generative AI and agentic architectures. The role develops and evolves Python services and APIs, integrating AI components into complex applications. Work includes multi-turn RAG systems, vector and full-text search, generative-model integration and improvements to conversational and agent workflows.

The position requires at least three years of backend experience, a relevant computing or engineering degree, strong Python skills and practical experience with FastAPI, LlamaIndex and Gemini. PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis and the design of agentic RAG architectures are part of the technical profile. Candidates need excellent English and Italian at B2 level, together with operational autonomy, teamwork and a focus on quality and delivery.
