About the role
Lexroom is hiring its first dedicated analytics hire to own the data transformation layer behind a legal AI platform used by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. You will design and maintain a dbt project on BigQuery with staging, intermediate, and mart layers, turning raw sources into trusted, documented datasets. The role covers modeling product analytics events, engineering metrics, and business KPIs into self-service data models, plus building the foundations that power dashboards and team health metrics.
You will also implement data quality frameworks including tests, freshness checks, anomaly detection, and dataset ownership with SLAs. Collaboration is central: working with engineers on event tracking and data contracts at the source, partnering with the AI and Search Platform team to measure model performance and feedback loops, and supporting Product with ad-hoc analysis on feature impact and user segmentation.
