Analytics Engineer

Mollie’s Analytics Engineer will build and maintain dbt models that turn raw financial data into trusted mart tables for dashboards and daily reconciliation. The work spans critical payment metrics and payment method performance, with a focus on ensuring data integrity across complex money movements.

You’ll work closely with engineers and partners in Merchant Finance, Treasury, and Payments to define financial data, improve BI tooling, and communicate findings through visualisations, reports, and memos. The role also includes implementing automated quality checks and monitoring, maintaining documentation, and mentoring colleagues on analytics best practices.
