Analytics Engineering Manager

Eneba is hiring an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at its gaming marketplace. The role leads a team of around 10 analytics engineers, connecting their work to business needs and delivering curated, trusted data for business teams, BI tools, and AI agents.

The lead owns the team’s strategy, goals, data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, and quality standards. They coach and develop the team, partner with stakeholders including Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, and retain final ownership of architecture and tooling decisions. The work also includes building semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance to support reliable self-service analytics.
