    About the role

    Dwelly is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to build the agentic infrastructure behind its AI operating system for residential lettings. The company operates more than 15,000 properties and $470 million in GMV, and its acquisition-driven growth model depends on turning manual agency workflows into reliable, automated AI systems. The role centers on reusable primitives for memory, context management, tool-calling, orchestration, and feedback loops, plus a robust evaluation and observability layer.

    You will also push agentic development practices, designing workflows where coding agents and subagents explore repositories, implement changes, and run evaluations with minimal human coordination. The stack is TypeScript-first with Node.js and PostgreSQL. The position is fully remote across the UK, Ireland, and European time zones, which includes Italy, and offers a competitive salary with.
