About the role
Ruby Labs, a consumer tech company operating across health, education, and entertainment, is hiring a Billing Data Analyst for its Billing and Data team. The role centers on analyzing financial performance, billing behavior, risk trends, and support operations to guide decision-making, reduce financial risk, and improve billing efficiency across the company's product portfolio.
Day to day, you will monitor billing and support KPIs, build and maintain data pipelines, run A/B tests on billing strategies, and apply statistical methods to scenario modeling and risk forecasting. You will collaborate with Billing, Support, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams, and document analyses and data logic. Candidates need strong SQL, experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, Python or R skills, and a background in data analysis, ideally in fintech, subscriptions, or billing. The position is remote and open to applicants in any country within.
