Billing Data Analyst

Ruby Labs is hiring a Billing Data Analyst to support its Billing and Data team. The role examines billing behavior, financial performance, risk trends, and support operations across the company’s consumer products. The analyst will monitor performance indicators, maintain data pipelines, use statistical methods for forecasting and scenario analysis, and run experiments on billing and support strategies.

The work spans Billing, Support, Finance, Product, and Marketing. The analyst will assess how product and marketing changes affect billing outcomes, disputes, churn, and customer support, then recommend improvements and document analytical workflows. Applicants should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong SQL, experience with a BI tool and Python or R, and familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
