About the role

Iliad Italia is hiring a Business Data Analyst for its Data team in Milan. The role connects business functions with data professionals, translates commercial questions into SQL analyses and helps create data products that lead to practical decisions. Responsibilities include documenting datasets, enabling self service analytics with AI, understanding commercial processes and defining and monitoring business KPIs.

Applicants need at least four years in business data analysis or a related role, strong SQL and substantial knowledge of telecoms or commercial processes such as sales, retention, marketing and customer care. Clear communication, documentation and English are required. BI tools and data governance experience are useful. The advertised gross annual salary starts at €30,500, plus benefits, with up to eight smart working days per month.
