Cloud & Data Architect | CIO Advisory

KPMG Italia is hiring a Cloud & Data Architect into the CIO Advisory team of Nolan Norton, its IT Strategy practice, based in Rome. You will work with clients in financial services, energy, public sector and industrial markets on cloud-native and data-driven transformation, from strategy through to execution.

The role spans hybrid and multi-cloud architecture design, modern data platforms such as Data Lake, DWH and Data Mesh, plus ingestion, orchestration, cataloguing, data quality and governance. You will also contribute to ICT strategy, technology roadmaps, cloud and data budgeting, FinOps cost optimisation, strategic sourcing and governance models. KPMG offers hybrid working, training programmes and well-being initiatives, with a gross annual salary of 31,000 to 41,000 euros for Senior Consultant or 38,000 to 51,000 euros for Assistant Manager.
