    About the role

Parker is hiring a Data Analyst I to help build the analytics foundation for its fintech products serving eCommerce merchants. The role works most closely with the Risk team across credit, fraud, AML, and portfolio analytics, while also supporting Product, Growth, Finance, and Compliance. The work includes designing core metrics and dashboards, analyzing transaction and customer data, automating workflows, and turning ambiguous business questions into reliable analytical systems.

This is an early-career role with meaningful end-to-end ownership. Parker seeks strong SQL and Python skills, sound data modeling fundamentals, business judgment, and an AI-first approach to practical Gen AI and LLM applications. Prior fintech experience is not required; experience in analytics, data, or technical roles is a plus. The listing specifies Europe as the remote location and offers equity, exposure to risk and credit strategy, and opportunities to build applied AI.

    Highlights

    • Build analytics and reporting across risk, product, growth, and finance.
    • Use SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and data pipelines.
    • Apply Gen AI and LLMs to analytics workflows.
