About the role
EIT RawMaterials is hiring a freelance or B2B Technical Senior Data Analyst to support the M2i Platform, its Metals and Minerals Intelligence Platform. The contract runs for up to two years, with an indicative maximum of 2,000 person hours, and the work is delivered autonomously on the contractor's own invoice. You will cover the analytical data lifecycle for raw materials market intelligence, from source data analysis through data modelling, validation, Power BI reporting and technical handover.
The role centres on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will define datasets, semantic models, indicators and dashboard logic, then configure, test and optimise transformations, calculations, refresh processes and performance. Deliverables may include lakehouse and Gold layer improvements, integrated and validated data sources, Fabric migrations.
