Data Architect – Databricks

Var Group is hiring a Data Architect focused on Databricks to join its Data Integration team within the Data Science Business Platform. The role centres on designing and building modern data platforms for Enterprise clients, working across national and international projects. You will design and develop scalable data pipelines, rebuild or create data management processes from scratch to improve performance and cut operating costs, and implement Data Governance and Data Observability solutions to safeguard data quality, compliance and integrity. Collaboration with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions is a core part of the job.

The position is based in Turin on a hybrid basis, with a permanent contract under the CCNL Commercio, full time at 40 hours per week. The advertised RAL range is €43,000 to €53,000, with company welfare.
