About the role
Sorgenia is hiring a Data Governance & Analytics Specialist to join its Flexible Generation & Energy Management division in Milan. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data teams, translating operational and strategic needs into high-value Data & Analytics initiatives. Day to day, you will structure initiative requirements, assess impacts on data infrastructure and business processes, analyse underlying data, draft functional specifications, and verify implementation results. You will also support service management, project progress monitoring, cost-benefit analysis, and business training on Data & Analytics concepts. A key responsibility is ensuring proper mapping of developed initiatives within the corporate data catalog.
The role requires 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, a degree in Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering or a related discipline.
