About the role
Clarity AI, a sustainability-focused tech company, is hiring a Data Scientist to join its international team of over 20 data scientists. The role centers on building end-to-end machine learning models, large language models, and agent systems that deliver transparent sustainability data to investors, companies, and consumers. You will also monitor and maintain data science products already in production, analyze complex datasets autonomously, and develop proofs of concept aligned with business needs.
The position is based in the Madrid tech hub but is remote-friendly and open to candidates within the CET timezone plus or minus two hours, which covers Italy. Candidates need at least two years of data science experience or a relevant PhD, strong Python skills, solid software engineering fundamentals, and familiarity with LLM and agent design. English proficiency at C1 level or above is required.
