Data Scientist | R&D

Lutech, an Italian digital and AI group with over 6,000 professionals, is hiring a Data Scientist within its R&D and Innovative Industry Solutions structure in Bari. The role sits at the intersection of applied research and delivery, focused on Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.

You will develop, train and optimise Machine Learning models in Python, design and experiment with Generative AI solutions such as LLMs and text or image generation models, and support model deployment in cloud environments. You will also monitor model performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with technical and business teams on research and development projects across the Group.
