Data Scientist

Sella Group is hiring a Data Scientist for Centrico’s AI Competence Center, applying artificial intelligence across areas such as marketing, control functions, and business process automation. The role spans data engineering, exploration and preparation, predictive modeling, GenAI use cases, and putting models into operation for clients.

You’ll build supervised and unsupervised models, develop LLM solutions such as RAG and multi-agent systems, and create APIs or scripts to deploy and monitor solutions. The team seeks a STEM master’s graduate with at least three years of related experience and strong Python, SQL, machine learning, and data mining skills. The position is based in Turin or Biella with hybrid working, and offers a permanent contract under the Italian Credit Sector agreement.
