Demand & Data Manager

Credem is hiring a Demand & Data Manager in Reggio Emilia to connect business functions with technology and turn their needs into prioritized solutions aligned with company strategy. The role also supports process innovation within the Organization service and promotes data driven ways of working across teams.

A central responsibility is designing executive dashboards, including work with external providers. The preferred candidate has data engineering and visualization skills and can choose, aggregate and present data so it supports decisions and business process improvement. The position calls for familiarity with data architecture, Power BI, and enterprise applications of generative AI and predictive analytics.
