About the role
Tether is hiring an Engagement Manager in its Tether Data Technology Distribution team to coordinate AI implementations using QVAC, its SDK for local AI and delegated inference. The role supports enterprise, government, and institutional clients deploying decentralized AI, including edge inference and privacy-preserving systems.
You will translate client requirements into deployment strategies, define roadmaps and dependencies, and coordinate product, engineering, research, and external partners from scoping through production. Responsibilities include managing concurrent implementations, tracking risks, reporting to executives, and documenting deployment architectures. Candidates need at least five years in relevant program management, technical account management, or delivery roles, plus familiarity with AI inference, distributed compute, APIs, and SDK integrations.
