About the role
ElevenLabs is hiring an Internal AI Engineer to help its GTM, Operations, and Finance teams replace manual processes with dependable AI workflows. You will work with internal operators to find opportunities, design and ship agentic solutions, and measure their impact from discovery through production. The role combines hands-on engineering with close partnership across business teams.
You will build and integrate agents and orchestrations with tools such as ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n, connecting them to systems including Salesforce, Slack, and Ashby. You will also create reusable automation patterns and develop evaluation, monitoring, and safety practices for reliable, auditable workflows. The position is remote globally, with optional offices in several cities.
