About the role
Neurons Lab is hiring a Forward-Deployed AI Architect to lead technical delivery of an AI-assisted operations platform for travel disruption management. The work spans service request routing, hotel recommendations, and case closure with billing reconciliation and downstream handoffs. You will take the solution from discovery through implementation and evaluation, working with operational experts, client technology partners, and engineers.
You will own the technical approach, engineering plan, integration readiness, code quality, and evidence needed for a Go/No-Go decision. The role calls for applied AI or LLM workflows used in operations, strong software engineering and API integration, and practical evaluation, testing, and observability experience.
