    About the role

Nebius is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help Physical AI customers bring training, simulation, synthetic data, evaluation, and model serving workloads into production. The role combines customer engineering with product discovery: you will translate workload needs into infrastructure requirements, investigate adoption barriers, and share evidence with product and engineering teams.

The work includes writing code, building agents and prototypes, deploying and benchmarking open-weight models, and debugging across Python, Kubernetes, GPUs, networking, and storage. Nebius seeks someone with at least three years in software engineering or infrastructure, production ownership, customer facing problem solving, and practical LLM or agent experience. Experience with distributed compute, NVIDIA GPUs, model serving, robotics, or enterprise integrations is helpful.

    Highlights

    • Develop and validate infrastructure improvements using customer evidence.
    • Build agents and prototypes for Physical AI workloads.
    • Deploy and tune models with serving stacks such as vLLM or SGLang.
    • Troubleshoot production environments spanning Kubernetes, GPUs, and storage.
