About the role

Accenture is hiring a GenAI & AI Engineering Consultant for its Advanced AI Center of Excellence, with roles based in Milan, Rome, Turin, Modena, or Bari. You would design and build AI and generative AI solutions, including AI agents, agentic systems, and LLM-native applications that automate complex processes. The work spans scalable, production-ready AI engineering, from early concepts through enterprise adoption.

The role also covers industrializing AI and machine learning solutions, with attention to reliability, security, observability, and business impact. Accenture seeks a candidate with a STEM master’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience, including hands-on LLM applications such as RAG, conversational assistants, document intelligence, or tool-using agents. You should be comfortable taking systems beyond prototypes into integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and error handling, and contributing to technical and architectural choices.
