About the role
Amplifon, the Italian multinational hearing care group, is hiring a Global Data Factory Specialist at its Milan headquarters. This is an entry-level position supporting the design and delivery of global data and business intelligence solutions, contributing to multi-country analytics initiatives, and building reports, dashboards, and data pipelines against defined standards. You will also help monitor data quality, consistency, and performance, apply governance and security guidelines, and perform extraction, transformation, and basic analysis tasks.
The role sits within a cross-functional environment, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders on analytics delivery and issue resolution. Amplifon asks for up to two years of initial experience in BI, data management, or analytics, familiarity with reporting tools or BI platforms, and basic work with structured data and databases. Full professional English proficiency is required. The position is hybrid, based in Milan with six.
