Head of AI Native Operations

Supabase is hiring a Head of AI Native Operations to build and lead the platform behind its autonomous internal agents. The role combines hands-on architecture and implementation with accountability for production quality, safety, and adoption. You will shape orchestration, context and memory, system connectors, evaluation, tracing, permissions, and deployment, while setting practices in an emerging area.

You will lead senior individual contributors, review designs and code, and help teams replace suitable business workflows with production agents. Success includes a shared platform used across teams, agent quality issues surfaced through evaluations and monitoring, and controls that make actions auditable and safe.
