About the role
Unobravo is hiring a Head of Data in Milan to run analytics, data engineering, and data science. The company is Italy's main online therapy platform, with more than 10 million sessions delivered.
You will lead a team of 12, report to the CFO, and own the data strategy and roadmap rather than hands-on pipeline work. Partner with product, marketing, ops, and leadership. Experimentation, measurement, and AI/ML are the levers. Proven people leadership, plus prior hands-on work in at least one data discipline.
