About the role
The Innovation & AI Specialist will join Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni’s Data Office, Analytics & Trend Analysis team, supporting responsible AI adoption across the Insurance Division. The role translates business needs into data analytics and AI initiatives, assessing their value, technical feasibility, economic sustainability and process impact. It works across business and IT teams from idea development through experimentation, implementation and results communication.
The specialist will also promote GenAI and AI productivity tools, support management decisions, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. Candidates need a master’s degree in management engineering or economics and at least three years of experience in innovation or digital transformation, preferably involving AI adoption in insurance or banking. Databricks, Python, SQL, Qlik Sense and Power BI are preferred. The advertised gross annual salary starts at €37,000; flexible work and a compressed four-day week are among the listed benefits.
