About the role
Gruppo Dolomiti Energia is hiring a Junior AI Specialist to join its AI Lab in Rovereto. The role supports business teams in gathering and analyzing needs, prioritizing AI use cases, preparing business cases, and scouting technology. You will also help build prototypes and proofs of concept with internal teams and suppliers, maintain the AI solutions catalog, and monitor their benefits, costs, performance and adoption.
The position also contributes to AI governance by helping define guidelines, processes and tools, and supports training to spread AI knowledge across the group. Applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in STEM, economics or management, and 6-24 months of work experience. Familiarity with AI, data and digital transformation is expected; energy sector knowledge, software development, automation, data analytics, Agile or project management are useful extras. The role is hybrid with on-site days in Rovereto.
