About the role
Italo is hiring a Junior Operations Data Analyst to join its Operations Directorate, reporting directly to the Operations Director. The role centres on analysing fleet and management system data, structuring and examining databases drawn from fleet operations and maintenance, and turning complex information into insights that support tactical and strategic decisions. You will build interactive dashboards and advanced reporting, with Power BI and Tableau named as relevant tools, and contribute to embedding AI based systems into existing workflows to improve operational efficiency, traveller service and punctuality.
The position suits someone with at least one year of data analysis experience in a structured organisation and a good command of the Office suite.
