About the role
Hostaway is hiring a Lead AI GTM Engineer to build AI-powered systems that help its global marketing team work faster and improve execution. The role spans brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations. You will identify high-impact automation opportunities, decide whether to buy or build solutions, and create agents, workflows, and internal tools connected to marketing platforms and company data.
This is a hands-on engineering role with strategic scope. You will assess solution quality and reliability, track adoption and business impact, and weigh costs against benefits. The position also involves helping marketers use new systems independently through documentation and playbooks. Applicants need prior full-stack or backend engineering experience, practical AI application experience, GTM knowledge, and comfort integrating systems through APIs. The role is fully remote for candidates physically based in Europe.
