Lead Billing Data Analyst | Billing, Payments & Subscription Analytics

Ruby Labs, a consumer tech company operating across health, education, and entertainment, is hiring a Lead Billing Data Analyst to own the data strategy behind its subscription billing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep analytical work with people management: you will build pipelines, dashboards, and experiments that improve billing performance while mentoring a team of analysts and owning their intake and prioritization process.

The role requires substantial, non-negotiable experience with subscription billing domains such as payments, renewals, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and TC40 in a recurring-revenue business, plus advanced SQL, strong visualization skills (Omni, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and statistical rigor in forecasting and experiment design. Familiarity with processors like Stripe, Braintree, or Nuvei is expected, and Python.
