About the role

Ruby Labs is hiring a Lead Billing Data Analyst to own the data strategy behind subscription billing operations. This hands-on leadership role combines analysis and pipeline development with managing and mentoring a team of analysts. The work covers payments, renewals, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and customer support performance.

You will build reliable billing datasets, design experiments, model financial risk, and turn product or pricing changes into measurable insights. The team needs advanced SQL, dashboarding, statistical analysis, subscription billing expertise, and experience prioritizing work and reviewing analytical output. Python and modern analytics tools are useful additions. The role is remote, with applicants accepted from countries within approximately four hours of CET, which includes Italy.
