MIDDLE AI Architect & Data Science

Italgas is hiring a Middle AI Architect and Data Science specialist through Bludigit, the group company driving digital transformation across energy and infrastructure. Based in Milan or Turin, the role is the technical reference for designing AI solutions and advanced analytical models, working hands-on with machine learning, deep learning and NLP for industrial use cases such as predictive maintenance, network optimisation and anomaly detection.

You will define architectural patterns for Generative AI adoption, including RAG, vector search and AI agents, while validating models built by engineers and data scientists. The position requires 4 to 6 years in AI/ML architecture or senior data science, a master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field, and strong Python, cloud, Lakehouse, PySpark and MLOps experience. Databricks or Azure AI/ML certifications are.
