SAP Data & AI - Academy

Accenture’s SAP Data & AI Academy is a full-time internship pathway for current or recently graduated STEM and economics students in Milan, Padua or Bologna. The program combines guided training with practical exercises covering SAP Business Technology Platform, Data & Analytics, artificial intelligence and generative AI. Participants then join delivery teams and contribute to client projects spanning data, cloud, enterprise applications and AI.

The academy offers hands-on exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud for dashboards, reporting, planning and consolidation, plus SAP Datasphere for data modeling, integration and governance. It suits candidates who are curious about emerging technologies, communicate well in English and want to build a career applying data and AI to business processes. No prior SAP expertise is required, making this an accessible entry point for early-career applicants.
