About the role
Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Senior AI & Data Intelligence Analyst in Milan to help evolve a digital platform built around data, analytics, and AI. The role focuses on defining and validating business KPIs, turning stakeholder needs into analytical requirements, and checking the quality and reliability of platform insights. You will analyze complex datasets for trends and anomalies, contribute to dashboards and AI driven features, and assess intelligent agents’ behavior and outputs against business goals.
The role brings together Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to develop useful data driven experiences and improve decision making through AI tools and agentic workflows. Wolters Kluwer seeks experience in data or BI analysis, strong KPI and business intelligence skills, and proficiency with Power BI or a similar tool. Microsoft Fabric, Azure Analytics, Databricks, data governance, and AI copilots are useful additions. The position is based in Milan.
