About the role
Jimdo is hiring a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer to join its AI Team and build Jimdo Companion, an intelligent AI assistant for entrepreneurs. This role involves designing scalable backend systems, building intuitive frontend experiences, and developing agentic AI workflows powered by large language models. You will help shape the AI platform, influence technical direction, and enable other product teams to build AI-powered experiences.
As a senior individual contributor, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager, AI Team. The position requires strong full-stack expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and React, along with hands-on experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows. Jimdo offers a fully remote work setup with flexible hours and a focus on results.
