About the role
EY is hiring a Senior AI Governance consultant in Rome to help clients design, implement and continuously improve AI governance models. You will support Data & AI transformation initiatives, working on processes, methodologies and tools for governance, risk management and regulatory compliance such as the AI Act and GDPR. The role centres on process analysis, data management, performance monitoring and cross functional stakeholder engagement to enable safe, structured and compliant adoption of AI solutions.
Day to day you will be involved end to end in AI governance and data analysis, mapping AS IS processes and identifying gaps and risks, supporting AI compliance and governance models, monitoring data quality, KPIs and reporting, and managing workflows and AI use case progress.
