About the role
Besedo is hiring a senior AI/ML Engineer to build and operate the machine learning systems behind Implio, its content moderation platform. The role spans the model lifecycle, from research and training through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization. You will work with a small, senior ML team supporting online platforms that moderate user generated content at scale.
The position centers on production engineering: building reliable training and retraining pipelines, improving inference performance, and establishing safe release and monitoring practices. You will partner with DevOps and SRE on reliability, observability, scaling, and incident readiness, while explaining technical tradeoffs to stakeholders. The role is fully remote for candidates based anywhere in the EU.
Highlights
- Own ML system training, packaging, deployment, monitoring, and controlled rollouts.
- Improve inference latency and cost through optimization, quantization, batching, and hardware tuning.
- Build reproducible CI/CD, model versioning, drift monitoring, and feedback loops.
- Work with Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, ONNX, and TensorRT.
