About the role
SDG Group is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Data & Analytics practice in Milan. The role centres on leading delivery of structured Big Data and Analytics projects for national and international clients, combining project governance, stakeholder management and team coordination. You will work across backend and frontend initiatives, propose innovative architectures, support business analysis and ensure delivery quality against high internal standards.
The position is explicitly functional and managerial rather than hands-on, so coding is not part of the day to day. SDG asks for three to five years of experience in structured consulting, good knowledge of Databricks and/or the Azure ecosystem, and willingness to travel within Italy. English at B1/B2 level is required and tested during interviews.
