About the role
ShopFully is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join its Data Analytics team and partner with Product, Data, and Business stakeholders. The role leads measurement strategies, defines KPIs, builds dashboards, runs impact analyses and A/B tests, and turns complex data into clear narratives for strategic and operational decisions. It also includes coaching other analysts and influencing cross-functional choices.
The position suits an experienced analyst with strong SQL, Python or R, BI and visualization skills, statistics and experimentation knowledge, and familiarity with platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake. ShopFully offers a flexible hybrid model with full remote work available from Italy, collaboration across international time zones, and employment in Europe within the Flipp organization.
