Senior Data Engineer - Analytics

Pennylane is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for its Self Service Analytics team, part of a 20+ person data engineering community. The team helps the company make data available as a production asset, supporting decisions across the business and product. The role involves partnering with data analysts to turn business requirements into scalable data models and services, while shaping the data lake’s medallion architecture.

You’ll build and maintain the analytics platform, including ingestion, validation, ETL pipelines, batch processing, and data warehousing. The work also includes data catalogue, governance, quality, and compliance initiatives, alongside collaboration with streaming and infrastructure teams. The company lists Italy among its ATS locations and permits remote work from countries in Europe, subject to a two-hour CET time difference limit.
