Senior Data Engineer

Clarity is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build and operate the data systems behind its AI customer experience platform. The role focuses on integrating and scaling hundreds of third-party connections, improving pipeline reliability, and supporting the infrastructure used for production machine learning. It combines data engineering with practical model deployment and monitoring.

The engineer will work with Python, SQL, ETL, and data modeling, while hosting NLP and LLM models for real-time and batch inference. The role also involves monitoring systems, production APIs, cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, and collaboration with AI and data scientists. Practical ML familiarity across classification, clustering, forecasting, and anomaly detection is requested.
