About the role

Lutech Group is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for its Data Analytics practice, based in Milano or Grassobbio with hybrid working. The role sits within the AI, Data and Hyperautomation function and focuses on building distributed data architectures and modern data engineering platforms.

You will design and develop ETL and ELT pipelines integrating data from heterogeneous sources, implement distributed data architectures across on-prem, cloud or hybrid environments, and build and optimise data models for Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Lakehouse. Collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders is central, and you will also mentor and support the growth of junior colleagues.

Highlights

At least 4 years of experience in Data Engineering required
Strong Python, PySpark and SQL skills, plus data modelling techniques
Modern Data Platform exposure valued, preferably Microsoft Fabric or Databricks
Advertised gross annual salary starting from EUR 45,000 plus Ticket Restaurant
