About the role
Sopra Steria is hiring a Senior Data Management Specialist to join its Data Management team in Assago, Italy. The role carries technical leadership responsibility: you will own the design and implementation of data management and governance strategies, define architectural choices, modelling standards and quality rules, and guide technical teams through analysis, design and deployment of data-driven solutions in coordination with the Program Manager. You will also act as the reference point for optimising acquisition, integration, quality and distribution processes, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and sector best practice. There is an active part in evolving the data architecture toward cloud-based solutions.
The profile requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience, at least five years in Data.
