About the role
Fingerprint is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to improve the accuracy of its real-time device identification service. The role owns data science projects from experimentation through production, developing algorithms for noisy and unlabeled browser and device data. Work includes supervised, semi-supervised and unsupervised learning, real-time inference, training automation and exploratory analysis.
Candidates need at least five years across machine learning, data science and backend development, strong statistical foundations, SQL and production engineering experience. Fingerprint explicitly accepts teammates from almost any country, subject to regulatory restrictions and local work authorization, and does not sponsor visas. The advertised compensation range applies to US employees; compensation elsewhere may differ.
