About the role
Prima is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join its AI team in Rome, focused on embedding machine learning and Generative AI into core operations such as claims, underwriting, and customer support. The company has been rethinking motor insurance with data and technology since 2015 and is now the number one online motor insurance provider in Italy, trusted by over 5 million drivers, with expansion into the UK and Spain.
In this role you will work to redefine core operative processes, applying ML and GenAI techniques to improve not only efficiency but the overall effectiveness and quality of outcomes. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that create tangible business value and reshape how operations run at Prima.
