Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Mimica is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist for its Data Intelligence team. The team turns recorded work data into clean, structured, anonymized data that supports other product teams. The role focuses on taking applied machine learning into production, with an emphasis on LLM-heavy workflows and measurable user value.

You’ll own and improve production pipelines, design LLM evaluations and benchmarks, run experiments, and use results to improve accuracy, cost, and quality. The work also includes adapting models for anonymization and collaborating with Python and quality engineers to ship production code. Mimica is remote-first, and this position is open to people based in the UK or Europe in London-compatible time zones.
