Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Shopfully is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for its Audience Platform team within Ad Products. The role owns and extends production machine learning systems and backend infrastructure supporting audience data across Flipp and Shopfully. It combines hands-on model development and experimentation with end-to-end engineering: designing, deploying, and monitoring models, building large-scale feature pipelines, and integrating model outputs into platform services.

The work spans data tables with tens of billions of rows and includes MLOps, privacy compliance, and collaboration with analytics, marketing science, data, and software teams. Candidates should bring production ML lifecycle experience, strong Python, Spark, SQL, and Databricks skills, statistical modeling capability, and experience with lifecycle tooling such as MLflow. The advertised fixed gross salary is €50,000-€70,000 per year. The role is based in Europe with full remote available, and requires English communication with overlap into North American.
