About the role

Hugging Face is hiring a senior engineer to build its open voice-agent stack. The role spans the speech-to-speech open-source library and hf-voice, a product for building and deploying voice agents. You will shape the library’s architecture, integrate speech models, and help maintain its contributor community.

You will also design developer APIs and streaming protocols, build GPU inference services, and take the product from demo to production with load testing, reliability targets, and graceful failure handling. The work includes collaborating with Hub and inference teams and supporting deployments such as the Reachy Mini fleet.
